There is a provision under the Act for Queensland Transport to issue harsh fines in any case where a vehicle is offered or advertised for sale prior to safety certificates being obtained. This applies not only to cars, but also motorcycles, trailers and caravans. At the conclusion of the inspection, a written certificate will be issued to you by one of our mechanics.
